I get what your saying, but you assume this is a 'mass market' push. I doubt that is the case. the market will still be the 'enthusiast' market, but a different level.

Since when are new models a complete 100% refresh? often mostly a tweek of the prior model, I dont understand what the fuss is about. not everyone wants to/can play blades. I dont understand why this is viewed as anything other than an a tangent of the 500 series irons (albeit different strategy)? they look bloody good to me and if the material & quality is the same EPON you know its good.

is there such thing as less than 0 chance?.......IMO aside from some of the JDM forged offerings in '08-'10 (I think) and the miura forged 300's I had circa '04 & '05 (my Lehmans and other 300's were nice) TM irons have been rubbish. why on earth anyone would buy these opposed to a JDM Endo forged product is beyond me........

Awesome Chris. Jeez you've got T-Rex nuts for doing that. I seem to be the only person that likes retro chrome though, just love it on blades.

Should be getting my 302/ 2f15 irons this week, very interested to see the performance of the shafts. Going by Stews trajectory chart (good effort with your non dominant hand Stew) these should be right up my alley.

Stew, out of interest, if your 110mph is that with a 44"/44.5" shaft? obviously you would be higher SS with 45"? if I'm a very comfy 115/117 at 75%/80% at 45" will i be ok to play the P9003 at 44/44.5"?
