Great setup...I'm also drooling over the bags. We don't see anything like that in the US...very bland, very boring, very serious and mainly Titeliest or Ping. Then again, I can't use big bags due to mainly walking the course:) How do you like the GF putter?

It most definitely could be the heat. Stole this from an engineer on WRX site: "the carbon fiber in graphite shafts are not going to fail during normal human use. the most likely cause of failure is exposure to UV causing the epoxy/ resin matrix (ie the glue that holds all the cabon fibers together) to break down. for most epoxies, about 1000hrs (@4hrs a round, thats 250 rounds) will weaken the material by 30%, so thats why shaft manufacturers paint the golf shafts and will last a lot longer since the paint will absorb most of the UV. so dont leave shafts out in the sun and touch up areas of exposed epoxy."

Just picked up a very nice epon 202 3 wood shafted with a Miyazaki kusala blue 72 S flex 43". Thought it might be a bit too stiff for me and after hitting it for the past few days, find that when I miss hit it, I'm hitting it right of the target, so believe that it is indeed too stiff. My swing speed w driver is about 96-98 MPH. My clubfitter suggested a Fuji 60 (unsure which shaft) or a motore VT firm flex. Any suggestions out there on good shaft combinations or confirmation on the above shafts?

I like the backpack style as well but caddies in the US not so much. Not great for carrying two bags.

Trying to find a golf bag that's as unique as my clubs, but not finding anything that peaks my interest. I need a bag that caddies can carry (my club is mainly walking)...not a stand bag that's advertised as a caddy bag because I've learned that many of those, especially JDM bags are basically tour bags with legs and are big and bulky. I love all things Epon, but their bags are very meh! Anyone with some different ideas on bags and that my caddy won't look at me like the dude from caddy shack when I show up on the tee??

Love the whole creative process. Also something tells me you will putt better with a putter you built vs something off the shelf

I currently have that shaft installed in my 202's and absolutely love them...a perfect blend of graphite and steel. Accuracy of steel with all the advantages of graphite shafts. Also very reasonable priced And they look pretty cool!

Geat comparison photos of some great clubs! The hosel rocket thing must be going around...I NEVER sh*nk an iron, but with my chikara 58* wedge last few times out I hit a completely unexplainable sh*nk...hate when that happens and never really sure why. Standing too close? Too closed? Not moving through the shot? Was playing great today and one skanked shot added 3 strokes to my day.
