PRGR EGG Spoon Video Review and Sound at Impact
The 15* is the spoon. Off the fairway, I have about a 20 yard diff. I think if it had the same shaft it would be slightly closer (15yd) as the MD does seem to run out a bit more with a lower traj.

PRGR EGG Spoon Video Review and Sound at Impact
IMO, the sound is not that loud/crisp outside on the golf course. It's a loud tink but the audio in the video sounds louder to me than actual playing conditions. Great video T.

Any love for kamui fw woods??
I agree with what spoon said. The green is higher launching and a much better FW club than the MD On the spoon, if you want a little higher launching, softer landing, the green is the better shaft IMO. I have a 3 wood QT shaft here I'm thinking about putting in instead on the MD. I'm kind of curious if I would lose any distance because of the higher launch...

Any love for kamui fw woods??
As you know the shaft is a big factor. I'm getting along very well with this Egg combo. The PRGR stock shaft didn't do it for me. It made me feel like I was over powering the club. The shaft in this club is all about distance. Probably a little lower trajectory than most people would like. I hate to admit that an overriding factor in my love for this club is the forgiveness. I need a shaft that hits it higher, shorter and with at least the same dispersion. How often are you looking for that? The Kamui is as custom as can be with a Crazy FW80 shaft and it still has its work cut out, big time.

- Any love for kamui fw woods??
The Kamui is the one with the right lie angle, 2* flatter than the egg. I hit the egg spoon on a really tight, extreme downhill today trying to just be straight. I was as far or even farther than I'd ever been before hitting driver. I can no longer use it as a layup club instead of driver.- Gold's Factory Flat Back vs Miura MB-5003 vs Epon AF Tour
Are you sure you want a blade? IMO there are a lot of players cavity back irons with the "look" you're looking for. They will be more forgiving on your toey shots. Generally blades are not the best irons for people that mis toward the toe. As far as the irons you've listed, all are great irons and without hitting them all side by side there is no way of knowing which look best, feel best to you. What shafts have you hit and what did you like?- Any love for kamui fw woods??
Goodsie is installing the shaft now, will have it in the middle of the week. The lie of this FW is going to be 2* flatter than the egg, which is the ONLY thing going against it. I've been hitting the heck out of it (egg).- Bag question
You might look in the bottom of the bag... could be your long lost towell down there.. :)- what 3w are you playing?
Egg Spoon 15* right now. I'll be test driving a 14* Kamui FW w/Crazy FW80 shortly. This is going to be a great shoot out. I pulled out the Egg yesterday to lay back off the tee because water was out at 255. Hit it in the water. I don't know what it is but I hit this FW off the Tee as far as I do any driver. It goes very well off the deck but there's something about off the tee...- Crazy Wedge has a New Different Grind!
Is the other grind still available? Or is this the way it is. Bounce?? Why do manufacturers do stuff like this?? Just makes it more difficult for everyone. Seems fast growing company's suffer the most growing pains... Personally I wanted the grind that was originally shown. If it is still available I would prefer to wait for it. I'm not waiting for these as my gamers. If it's not, oh well, I'll still take a set of those you've just shown. Of course I'm sure Crazy would love to take care of those disappointed customers by sending them a shaft of their choice for 50% off....- How much do you...know about Japanese Golf Club Manufacturing?
I don't like him (Ari) He has treated me as an ass. People that think they know this story don't have a clue what really went on and the things that were said. I know a lot about many of his dealings and the bottom line is I don't trust him as far as I can throw him and right now my back is killing me. A Scratch product that is fit to you properly (I've always wondered how you do that over the telephone) is a very good product. Is it worth the premium price??? Not to me. Not if I'm not getting the "premium" in materials and forgings I'm supposed to be getting.- How much do you...know about Japanese Golf Club Manufacturing?
Cool, I just doubled my money as I had my money on Chris and TSG You die hard Scratch fans just have to realize Ari is a snake who only cares about himself and making money at your expense. He will do everything posiible to make more money and that means cutting corners and misleading advertising. Don't be pissed at me, it's just the way it is.- Kamui with Quadra Fire Express??????
Bob, I haven't tried the Quadra yet.. sure would like to. I am so happy with my current driver set up it has really killed the desire to ho a new one. Which I didn't think was possible. The cost of the shaft makes it hard to pull the trigger as well when you haven't had a chance to hit it. THAT is what makes me want to get one so I can say what it does and if it is any better(IMO). Problem is I'd like to try the crazy shaft too.- 2010 CRAZY WEDGE
Any idea when they're shipping the satin wedges??- Taylormade R9 TP Forged Iron & TP Burner irons
If I was a TM fan those pics would make me want a set. I'm most amazed at how little offset the burners have.- need help to ID this iron
Very generic. But it is also a good one.- 2010 CRAZY WEDGE
So what's everyone going to order? Conforming or NON conforming grooves. I ordered non conforming. Chris, A dumb question... the wedges you have pictured, are they conforming or non conforming?- Epon - Kamui - Crazy Driver
Sorry... I've jumped the gun on that one. I'm hoping to have it in play by the 17th but it doesn't look like the Crazy shaft is going to be here in time. I still have the egg spoon itb. I can't wait to hit the kamui fw head/crazy fw shaft combo.- Epon - Kamui - Crazy Driver
I haven't hit the Crazy, as has been stated I think the shaft is a big part of what makes that driver as good as it is. I've hit the Epon once. Very solid dull, muted sound and feel. I didn't think I hit it that well but it was the longest drive of the group. The Kamui 420 is in the bag. I'm not looking for anything to replace it.- Kamui 456 vs 420
I do not have any experience with the TM drivers. Truth is I have no desire to hit one. I can't keep track which is the current model they release them so fast. I just simply am not a fan of TM. The TM Drivers of a few years back that I did hit and play were nothing special IMO. I put the 'ilima shaft in because it is a little bit higher launching shaft and the Kamui 420 is a lower launch than the 456cc. It was a bit of a gamble that seems to have paid off FOR ME. I really like this shaft, very smooth. This combination is working excellent. I would LOVE to (and will) try the quadra (and crazy) shaft. Soon. The 420 is very firmly in the bag. I love everything about this driver Sound Looks Performance Feel Customized setup for me.- PRGR 2009 Pro Caddy Bag PRCB-902
Is this bag still available?- How much do you...know about Japanese Golf Club Manufacturing?
The thread has been pulled from golfwrx. It would have taken a SPONSOR's request to have it yanked. Not closed but yanked, GONE. I'm sure any others (threads) will disappear even quicker. - Any love for kamui fw woods??
