JDM Irons - S200 Shafts
I am not bashing... I'm just interested to know. Have you hit them side by side to compare for yourself Do they both have the same shaft?? We all know some shafts have less vibration than others and feel better. Could this be why the cast feels softer? Fourteen is one of the few Irons I have not hit, unfortunately. Thanks for the feedback. edit- Chris responded above while I was typing. Still curious tho.

Tour Stage GR Driver & Fairway Woods
I have this driver, it is shafted with a Fuji speeder 661 (S) Face is noticeably more shallow compared to the X-Drive (2007) Much more forgiving than the X Driver. Very easy to hit, and hit long. I am comparing that to an X-drive 9.5* shafted with Axiv-v 6070 (S) I would have no problem recommending this Driver to anyone.

EPON HG Wedge
My thoughts, FWIW I'm thinking this a great wedge for softer conditions?? Perhaps a bit more forgiveness than the X and technity wedges. Somebody needs to get one and post a review.... dirty job but somebody has to do it. So, I'm volunteering. Yo... Chris...

JDM Irons - S200 Shafts
It seems that many JDM Iron makers use the S200 as their stock shaft. I am curious why this is so. After hitting the Golds and few others I can honestly say that I like the shaft. But, it still surprises me that, that is the shaft used by the makers with so many other shafts out there, including JDM shafts. Thoughts??

Gold's golf clubs
I have the stage 5 wedge. Haven't taken the plastic off the grip yet. Have chipped with it extensively around the house. Butta. It has yet to go outside. I must admit I have it more as a collectors piece than a wedge to use on the golf course. Someday soon I may be able to post a revue from the golf course instead of the carpet. Stage 4 Super soft feel. Nicely balanced. I love the dark finish, no glare. VERY sharp grooves, just destroys a golf ball with a 3/4 to full swing. IMO the wedge is best in the hands of an experienced player. Not meant for the average player. The experienced player will make this wedge sing. Understanding wedge play and how to make the grooves work for your shot is needed. Again, IMO I have a set of the Cavity back irons. Outstanding clubs. They would be in the bag full time if not for the EPONS. They are currently challenging for their place in my #1 bag. I have played about 5 rounds with them and love them more every time I play them. I doubt I will ever Putt with anything but a Golds Putter again. I am nothing but impressed with everything I have seen from the Master.

How to increase swing speed
Blader-X gives excellent advice. Only thing I would add to that is be sure you load the club at the end/top of your back swing and hold it as long as possible. ala Sergio

M. Saysaya's Latest Masterpiece - GOLDS FACTORY -
First, let me say that I have just about every Cameron Putter out there and then some.. This includes a GSS Newport II exactly like Tigers. I have a SSS Newport Beach that Scotty made for me. My customized Golds Putter with the Premium Zone Insert is the best Putter I have ever rolled a ball with. I am Putting better than I ever have. This has been noticed by everyone that I play with. My confidence grows every time I play with this Putter. 27 Putts yesterday... EPON wedges are a part of that as well. When I miss the green I'm chipping the ball right next to the hole. "3 putt" is no longer a part of my vocabulary. As I have mentioned before in the forum, there is nothing like having a Putter in your hand that has been made for you, your specs, your personal design, by the Master. I have NEVER been so pleased with any Product before.

2007 Model Wedges at Address

Which is better?
Grip size is very important. The larger the grip the more you tend to fade a ball, smaller grip is easier to hook. My friend just re-griped his driver with a larger grip. He can't figure out why he's no longer able to draw the ball. He doesn't believe my explanation. Try different sizes and find the one best suited for you.

Wedge showdown.
Tough thing about wedges is that you very rarely swing them with a full swing. For your (full) swing I would consider the Black Golds (X) or the Dynamic Gold "Tour" I don't think you can go wrong with either one.

G-Field Website is Gone!!!
Wow!! Wish I'd have been around when they cleaned up/ closed up the shop. When the website is gone you know that's it, they aren't coming back, nobody is going to save them. Bad part is how do you check specs on equipment. I have a 3 gft-uw. Not sure of the loft. 22*? No way of checking it on the website or anywhere else I know of. Anyone??
