omg...finally out of customs and on their way to my post office! :)

spent 30mins this morning on the phone with customs. they said they don't have my package and to contact usps. usps says they don't have it and i need to contact the shipper. eff me!!!

actually, this is my first order to go through la rather than sf. it's amazing that the incompetence level is so drastically different!

WOW...what a clusterf*ck of ignorant, irresponsible, and downright lazy group of people! i am truly amazed that i've ever received anything from an international shipper and i'm now quite skeptical about sending/receiving anything through customs ever again. the best answer i could finally get from someone after telling him tracking shows it's been there for 4 days (without him even asking for tracking info) was "it's express mail and only been here 4 days? oh, you're doing pretty good then, you should have it in about a week or so."

pretty sweet! they look like i could play a round then hop in the car and do a few laps and never change shoes! wish they were my size...

by the conversation here, these sound like they're only several years old...but they have the look of 80's at the latest. either way, they're pretty cool!

being stuck in the middle of the usdm market, i've grown to hate all the crap glued all over the back of irons nowadays. it reminds me of two things, a decorator crab's shell and cruising in tiajuana! however, something about everything on the back of the bold works for me. i can't explain it but i fell for these instantly. i'm just hoping their performance lives up to my expectations.
