  1. I hope you took no less than $10K for them;)
  2. I wonder if Japanese manufacturers issue COA's for gear that's limited run. I think someone mentioned it for Scottie's and I've seen it done for some limited Bettis or Miuras. I would think a boutique like Epon that only produces 300 or 500 items should include some sort of COA. I never personally cared so much about a golf club that's "limited edition". I buy my golf gear to play better golf, not make a profit or think long term imvestment. I also believe that there are very few if any limited run golf sets that suddenly went up in value and brought 3-4 times the original purchase price, unless we're talking about clubs by Tiger or Nicklaus. Just like I say to my wife who is in the equestrian business, to say "investment horse" is an oxymoron at best.
  3. So there were only 300 Zens made by Epon if I recall correctly, and only 8 sent to TSG. Now there are a bunch of Zens that were hiding somewhere? Also, on the Personals, never understood a company that has a sell out product and announces "all done" vs "good news, the product was so popular that we are producing more this year".
  4. I am selling mine for $10K if anyone is interested...just kidding!

The king of BST with no pics?? Blasphemous!
  6. I say wait for the season to start back up...I know some can still play but might be the minority. Me, I'm skiing every weekend!
  7. I thought this was the hottest driver of the year for most ppl?? Should sell quick with that price
  8. I thought I was bad with always buying a bunch of clubs just before the season ends and then just having them sit by my desk for 4 months idle.
  9. Still some of the best wedges ever
  10. Ever consider opening a golf store? You carry more inventory than my local shop!
  11. Honey, I shrunk the golf bag!
  12. I bought the Personals with the Monacos in them and with a weight that I had no business swinging (95 vs 125). Even with a MUCH heavier shaft, the Monacos performed almost flawlessly....that's gotta tell you something.
  13. Happy Holidays to everyone here as well
  14. Same and a double miss with the Zero...i think they were they looking to create the world's most difficult driver to hit w that thing:) I'm sure there are people out there who swear by it, but felt like 98% of the reviews were duds.
  15. I agree w WM...I own both the personals and 502's and while I'm really loving the Personals, I'd hate to sell the 502's which basically got my game to a whole different level. The Personals are truly a different set of irons that play like nothing you've ever played before.
  16. Ha! World's smallest pics. Need to fix that
  17. Honma going in one direction, Epon in another. Hate it when you're hoping for something new and radical and you get this??
  18. Looks like Honma gear with all that gold. Not my cup of tea
  19. eBay was the answer for me and got the price I was looking for.

Is it just me or does Epon make some smugly bags??
  21. Get rid of EVERYTHING else and get the Personals! They are that good.
  22. I think I'm almost there! Honma?? My father in law who's Korean used to play very high end Honmas and they felt like crap to me. Very fancy aka gawdy looking but I was shocked at how tough they were to play...could barely get the ball airborne. He had a Honma driver that was about $10K at a point in time where drivers cost about $250-300. At a certain stage, throwing more money at your bag does not equate with having a better (more playable) bag. Ever see a guy with a Gucci bag?...easy money!
  23. The guys I play with would be on the USGA conforming site in a New York minute if I ever pulled out a nonconforming driver. We enjoy our weekend golf but if there's cash on the line, no way you're going to pull that thing out.
  24. Noooo! Those are meant to be played, not meant to be garage queens.
