  1. I can only tell you that gun blue wears out very quickly and if you live in a humid area, it would rust out in no time. Had a Gold's stage 5 once in gun blue. It was beautiful when new but became a piece of rust metal in a month use.
  2. Did I miss something? I don't seem to recall listing or blog posted on the shaft.

    What's a small 's' among friends.
  4. Read somewhere that the finish is raw brush satin. Would this type of finish rusts easily?
  5. Just don't want to make any mistake, the 2nd picture is the 52 and 4th pic is the 58?

So B, where are the other half of your collection? I would love to see the GF/Titleist.

Yesh found the site and thought I had double vision then counted all the zeros.

Sure, one shaft is worth than my whole set of rons or the whole bag or two.
  11. Heck, you have enough for a small town, C.
  12. Wonder whether I can sell my extra posts? : )
  13. I think I read somewhere that Epon doss not do custom finishes anymore.
  14. Secondary market for Modart and buchi might be limited to this forum so more widely known names such as Epon, Miura, onoff and Yamaha would definitely give you a wider market and hopefully better resale. Yoro, as some of the members found out, doesn't hold good resale value.
  15. Thanks for the review but I did not notice any WOW factor here.
  16. Does special price mean $10 off for every 100 post after the first 100? That would be nice wouldn't it.
  17. In Seon is a very nice young man and hit it a mile from the wrong side with his TM. Fortunately he was not very consistent and I was able to take some money off him.
  18. A few year back S-Yard was using a Korean design firm on cosmetic of the xv line of clubs. I had a chance to play a few rounds of golf with the designer in KL a few years ago. I would tell him that he misses the mark on the crown if this is one of his cosmetic input. The matte finish is good but not the zig zag line.
  19. I think for ksc, it's more like a $100 or under.
  20. I was the one that golfed with Craig a couple years ago. There are 4 private clubs in Hong kong and one public course with 3 18 holes. Besides the public course which basically anyone can play anytime if you can secure a tee time; with the exception of HKGC which welcomes general public to play with certain time allotments from Monday to Friday, I believe that other private clubs might be more difficult to secure tee time if you are not a guest of a member. All private clubs do not allow public play on the weekends and public holidays. Having said that, HKGC would allow an overseas visitor on the weekend if he or she is a guest of a full member. While there are many courses across the border in China, golfing on weekend is also challenging and costly now also for a non member.
  21. It might be the wide sole as you suggest but probably wouldn't be wider than Mark's xxio. Besides sole, it could very well be the weight of the tour forged too. Most SGI clubs are light or too light at times so good contact could be a challenge for some. What weight of the MCI are you using Mark?
  22. When you say better than others, do you mean straighter or longer or both?
  23. Thanks for sharing. The first video caption said TRPX without form. My ex-TRPX (S & D) both were much louder and more disturbing to me. Unfortunately forming service was not available to me at the time.
  24. Just read somewhere that the vizard ut shaft is called uniflex whatever that means. I believe the flexes is differentiate by weights.
  25. Any regular or SR flex with the Vizard stock shaft in the UT? It seems to be all in S flex unless go with shaft upgrades.
