  1. Haha Ed, it must be the Chinese water.
  2. I seem to recall that JDM uses the term different for offset. It used to be, FP or sometihng. i think according to Tario's explanation, the higher the value, the less offset it is. So does the Japanese spec and English spec tell the same picture? Someone should dig up Tario's old post on the subject.
  3. Yes I still have a 50* copper from years back. Tario was still in Toronto then.
  4. I have the RF551 with Roddio I-6 and also the 2012 VG3 with stock graphite and came to the same conclusion. While the Epon/Roddio is very good, I have the same better and more consistent result with the VG3 on mid irons.

Hope you get it so I can try it out back in Toronto next month and a game with Arthur at CB.

The ones I saw were chrome and heads only.

Seen a few new sets around on an auction site.
  8. White pointers at Bondi? That's a new one for me. Like this better than filling the boot.

Perhaps a sub forum call ADM.

Heck, if a ball can give you 10 more yards, who need new clubs or new shafts?
  11. The weight seems to remit lights. Perhaps he was able put in some LED lights inside the weight inserts.
  12. Happy bday B and many happy Gold's return.
  13. It's definitely forgiving but don't think it has 8.5 and my 10.5 is 0.5 to 1* close. Who knows about spin of the head. It is just such a fairway finder. It's not particularly long but makes the game easier when the ball is on the fairway.
  14. I am keeping my EMS and ZR460 forever. IMO, the two best driver heads ever came out of that company.

Value is always in the eyes of the beholder. We buy and use Jdm because we want to whether it's 4 year old or brand new and I am sure a lot of us don't do a spreadsheet comparing relative value to USDM before we buy. No need to justify or rationalize before taking the plunge.
  16. How about the pic without the sticker? This is growing on me.
  17. Besides a bit busy in the middle, this looks better than the 703 IMO.

    PM sent
  19. If this came up three weeks earlier, I would have gotten it instead of my 2nd Maxima. Always want to try a newer PRGR driver.
  20. Please don't tip the new Air as you would find it difficult to sell. The S flex or swing profile might not fit you but I am sure it would fit others.
  21. Besides the last version of the EMS, the 152 is the most forgiving of the Epon driver line up. GLWS
  22. Don't want to dampen anything H but is there anywhere the word 'Ping' on this putter now or reminds one that it was a modified Pimg?
  23. Still, if that's the question then definitely Epon then Romaro out of the three brands given.

Would a fitter have a machine that measure butt stiffness? The 4 sections or 3 section stiffness of shaft are likely spec from shaft manufacturers. I guess a fitter would fit you depending on your swing characteristic., if you are a high ball hitter, a stiffer tip shaft and a soft tip shaft if you have problem launching the ball.
