Battle of the 3 Woods is OOOOOVER
This is what I'm getting as well. Obviously a bad swing will produce a bad shot but mis hits are still better and good swings are rewarded with excellent results and consistancy.

Ready to Order Grind Studio...
I'm "designing" as we speak. Of course I'm going to assume I'll end up with a set (wedges) when they're ready to be sold. :) The hard part is the grind. Is there a place to look at them, the different ones a vailable?

Battle of the 3 Woods is OOOOOVER
I generally play a stiff shaft. My FW80 is an SR flex and is as stout as I can handle. IMO even the SR flex requires a SS in the neighborhood of 100 mph. (driver) I have found the Crazy shafts do not like to be babied. Go after it!!!

JDM Hybrids
I'd strongly consider the PRGR hybrids and they are on sale in the pro shop. I'll be picking up a 25* If they're half as good as the eggs we have a winner.

PRGR egg spoon
I thought the same thing. And the auction is head only!!!

Battle of the 3 Woods is OOOOOVER
The stock shaft is an excellent shaft. It is important to know your swing speed so that you order the correct shaft. I found the stock shaft to be slightly soft so if you're inbetween flexes choose the stiffer flex.

Battle of the 3 Woods is OOOOOVER
I've found the Crazy to be a lower trajectory than the stock shaft. I don't have the final specs (cpm's) on the FW80. It is SR flex. I only hit the stock shaft a couple of times before the GD MD was installed. The MD was much better than the stock shaft. As I said the Crazy has made it longer and straighter. Noticeably straighter. This is the first time, and I'll bet nobody can find a review I've done that says, that a shaft I played/tested actually did square up better, noticeably better. This is the most consistancy I've seen/noticed from a shaft. Crazy w/Epon EM-S review next: To go where no ball has gone before....

Battle of the 3 Woods is OOOOOVER
I want to say that the loser of this shootout is an excellent FW. I like that you can customize the head and have it built just for you. Kamui FW 14* w/Crazy FW80 PRGR Egg 15* w/GD Quattrotech MD This was the original set up. After several range and course shootouts the Clubs were then shipped to Goodsie and the shafts were swapped. Kamui: I had a hard time launching the Kamui with the Crazy. Feel was a little dull. The shot was fairly consistant, low screaming bullet that ran forever. The Kamui is the perfect shape for a FW, IMO. Very pleasing to look at and sets up very well. Sound is a low muted thud. Nothing tinky about this head. The Kamui with the GD MD launches (med) higher now. Actually just about perfect unless you're looking for that high floater. Feel is better and the club performs better. Distance seems to be about the same. Not the easiest to pick off the fairway but easier than most. Excellent off of the Tee. EGG: Was a winner with the GD shaft. After hitting the Kamui FW I was afraid the Crazy was not going to work well in the EGG Boy was I wrong. It has made this club even better. Longer and straighter. Both clubs perform better with the shafts they now have in them. The EGG Spoon with the Crazy is just amazing. Everything about it works and works well. The best feature and there are many, is the forgiveness and distance on mis hits. If there is another combo out there that works better than the EGG Spoon w/Crazy FW80 I don't know what it is.

PRGR Egg Spoon & Egg FW Images
I was :) And the are very shallow. I don't know how they could get any better tho. I have a 16.5* that I put in the bag when I walk so I can take out the 3 and 5 wood. I try to only carry 10 clubs at the most and it fills a really big gap. I'll be testing my 15* Spoon that I (goodsie) just installed a Crazy FW80 in in the morning. If this thing goes much longer than it did with the GD QT-MD I'll be using it off of the tee instead of a driver.

These are the same. Same model # of the ones I've been playing for months now. NOTHING has even come close to knocking these out of the bag. On another note.... the PRGR TR-X 505 Premium reds are another great FW. If you have trouble getting the ball in the air they might be the best FW for your game.

This is available to demo..... just LMK- what 3w are you playing?
I will have a full review in about another week. Very intense shoot out going on right now. I can tell you this, there was no honeymoon. The Crazy shaft is different. It has taken me a bit to adjust to the way the shaft plays/feels.- New Epon AF-202 Fairway Woods for 2010!
I know I'm missing something... definately confused.... The title of the thread is: New Epon AF-102 Fairway Woods for 2010 Isn't it supposed to be AF-202? All the new ones are 202's? I'm just a little confused with the write up on the blog with it jumping back and forth, 102's, 202's... Sorry- Epon 702 Irons
Patience/New Golf Clubs Nope, they just don't go together, doesn't look right....- New 2010 Mizuno Stability Style Golf Shoe
If the Asics 8.5 are snug, the Mizuno 8.5 will be wider, roomier. You might need a heavier sock. I'd buy the 8.5 I bought a box of "10" sets. LMK and I'll send you a set. These spikes wear at least 2-3 times longer than the regular stingers, black widows etc.- Forged Irons
I'm surprised you don't have 10 different answers... I'd have to pick the Epon Blades as the best overall. One of my favorite blades is still the PPM.- New 2010 Mizuno Stability Style Golf Shoe
I normally wear a size 11, so based on your experience I should look at the 10.5 size? Also how are these shoes for walking 18 holes? I've found that you go down a 1/2 size from your normal size. If you're an in between size guy... not sure 10*5, 11 sometimes, you'll probably end up with a 10. They run wide and they extremely comfortable. These shoes are made for walking. They break in quickly and are very durable.- Shaft help please!
Haven't seen the buils specs on your Kamui but... is it possible the head is fade bias?? a degree or two open?? too flat? (lie)- SOLD
I can't believe you're selling what has to be one of the finest sets on the Planet!!!! - AF302 Demo Club available
